More details are starting to surface about the new Bearhunter album which will be released May 22nd. Last week the band unveiled the album cover art (pictured above) as well as two songs from the new album Still Life Terrarium.  The more I hear from this album the more I like.  the song 'pants' sounds like 90's alternative Dinosaur Jr song with slightly more tongue in check lyrics. 'friction' has a darker feel to it with some ghostly back up vocals. You can here both songs here.
