No covers this time. Surfer Blood tore through their own materiel and it killed it.  Like the Soundlab show, front dude Jon Chattman went into the crowd while soloing at some point (see below). Also, whether it was acoustics or the sound equipment, the music sounded better than the Soundlab show.  The Pains of Being Pure at Heart impressed me too. They are kind of like a guilty pleasure of mine.

Also, while I wrote this, Surfer Blood came on Late Night with Carson Daily. Weird.
