Tonight: Kings of Leon

The story of KOL seems like it was almost scripted from the beginning. 2 southern brothers, home schooled and son's of a preacher, start a band. They get signed early on by a major label, enlist their brother and cousin to fill the lead guitar and bass roll and start on the road for fame for fortune. After a few great albums the band becomes big. Then bigger. Then so big fans begin to start hating on them, calling them sell outs and shitting on them, figuratively and literally. Its the classic story of rock n' roll, and we've heard it time and time again. Well if you love em or hate em, tonight's show is definitely going to be well a attended summer blockbuster type musical affair. For fans of the old, they will surely play some tunes off Aha Shake Heartbreak and Youth and Young Manhood . For fans of the new, expect a Sex on Fire and Use Somebody. To spice things up they will most likely play a couple new tunes like the one below. Personally, I would love to hear Trani. Either way its going to be 100% Rock n' Roll, that's for sure. Also get their early for Built to Spill and The Stills!
