The gender bending weirdo sisters that make up Coco Rosie will be in full effect tonight at the Town Ballroom. If you are a fan of Bjork, Fever Ray, Gabby La La or anything else that's a little different you will surely enjoy Coco Rosie. Although minimalist in nature, Coco Rosies’ sound is loud and commanding on stage. Generally, the sisters use a combination of guitar, piano and harp intertwined with children's toys and other exotic noise makers to craft their sonic landscapes. Together they create an interesting version of hip-hop opera blues that is odd, and a times unsettling, but for whatever reason, you can’t stop listening to it. Tonight's show is only 20 bucks and tickets will available at the door. Doors open at 8!
