I first discovered Grace Potter & the Nocturnals at moe.down a couple years ago and was instantly captivated.  Grace Potter is easily one of the top female performers in the music industry right now.  Not only can she belt out some solid vocals, I've witness her ability to completely rock out on the organ.  The band recently added another female to the band and reinvented their look to a little less Vermont homegrown hippie to full out rocker.
