This weeks Uncovered Cover takes a dark song and makes it even darker. The Smiths original version appeared on the compilation album 'Hatful of Hollow' way back in 1984. Although sounding somewhat dated now, the adult themed song is full of sexual innuendos and uses an angry sharp guitar rift that stabs your years. The updated Parenthetical Girls cover ups the ante and uses a 'Pysco' sounding piano as the base and lots and lots of scary reverb and distortion.
