Tonight at Nietzsche's: Dude, Where's Brownman's Car

About a month ago, local favorite Brownman was jammin and groovin as usual inside Allen Street Hardware, when in a very un-good neighborly turn of events, his car was stolen!  One of the best jazz trumpet players around, Brownman splits his time between NYC and Toronto.  However, he pays a lot of love to our fair city in between.  He's held a residency at Hardware, and collaborates frequently with local musicians like Type Relevant and DJ Cutler.  As such, he's an adopted Buffaloian of sorts and it's a shame and a half that such a crime was perpetrated on our watch.  So in an attempt to right this wrong, our friends at The Good Neighborhood have put together a benefit at Nietzsche's tonight.  Cover is $8, and that, along with the proceeds of a silent auction and raffle, will go towards getting Brownman some new wheels.  It's gonna be a night packed with great music, featuring Brownman's Electryc Trio, the Pseudo Intellectuals, Type Relevant, DJ Cutler and more.  So go be a good neighbor, dance it out, and support a man who has provided us with so much quality music.  Doors are at 9pm. $8 cover + all raffle money go to helping Brownman replace his car so he can come back to Buffalo and entertain us with his amazing music.
