Artpark does Buffalo proud again



The lineups for Lewiston's artpark, paid and free shows have been finalized, and quite the lineups they are.  Music from all ranges have been called upon and should draw fans of every sort to this wonderful venue.  


Let us start with the paid for concerts.


5.20 Coming up in just a couple weeks, Cake takes the main stage at Artpark. Tickets are $40 and only indoor seats are being sold.


7.13 The Black Keys are set to rock the foundations of Artpark.  Tickets have been sold out for a long time and will be even harder to find come July 13th.


8.1 Indie folk pop group The Decemberists bring the incredible song writing of Colin Meloy to Artpark.  Tickets range from $34-$58.


Now, on to the free shows, and yeah... they are that damn good.


The Tuesday in the park lineup, as it does most years, hits hard on the classic rock genre and truly brings home.  All shows start at 6:30pm

6.21 Creedence Clearwater Revival


6.28 Peter "Do you feel?!" Frampton


7.5 Pat Benatar


7.12 .38 Special


7.19 Cheap Trick


7.26 Lynyrd Skynyrd


8.2 ZZ Top


8.9 Edgar "Frankenstein" Winter


8.16 Ted Nugent


8.23 George Thorogood & The Destroyers


8.30 The Machine performs Pink Floyd with the interstellar multi-media and light show


Even more FREE shows will take place on Coors Light Wednesdays.  These shows also will begin at 6:30pm


6.29 Kicking off the first Wednesday will be the prog-rock improvers in Umphrey's McGee.


7.6 Canadian rockers The Trews will be making their way through Buffalo.


7.20 Another Jam Band favorite, moe., make their yearly homage back home to Buffalo.


7.26 Connor Oberst and his super group Bright Eyes will electrify Buffalo with his tales of love and heartbreak.


8.3 Once just a college frat party band and now the billboard topping O.A.R comes to light up the stage and entertain a wide variety of fans.


Expect these Wednesday shows to be packed, so get there early and reserve your self a spot to show these bands what Buffalo is made of!
