Tonight: Face-To-Face

Punk rock icons Face-To-Face make their return to Buffalo tonight; in support of their first studio album in 9 years. The album Live Now…Laugh Later is the band’s first since 2002, and is also their first since reuniting in 2008. After breaking up in 2004 for “musical reasons”, the band reunited with ¾’s of ’98-’01 lineup, and started playing some shows on a non-committal basis. That started to snowball, and led up to the band playing the entirety of the 2010 Warped Tour. Accompanying them tonight at the Town Ballroom are Cali-hardcore quintet Strung Out, and Redondo Beach Indie-punkers The Darlings. The return of Cali skate culture to Buffalo marks the beginning of summer, and this show should be a good one. Tickets are 24 bucks at the door, and gates open at 7pm.
