Tonight: Joey Cape

Joey Cape, frontman of California punk band Lagwagon, will be playing a solo acoustic show tonight at Mohawk Place.  While Lagwagon, who formed in Goleta, CA in 1990, has been on hiatus, Cape has released two solo albums full of emotional acoustic rock that fans of Elliot Smith would certainly be drawn to.  Also playing tonight is Jon Snodgrass of Colorado alt country outfit Drag The River.  Chris Mal of Wolf Tickets and Nicholas Brooks from Queen City Station.  Tonight's Joey Cape show begins at 8:00pm.  Tickets are $10.
