Right after seeing Grace Potter rock the stage at the square, head over to the Tralf for the free after show featuring Brooklyn based Sister Sparrow & the Dirty Birds. Sister Sparrow was formed by lead singer Arleigh Kincheloe and her brother Jackson Kincheloe several years ago. What started as a brother-sister duo writing songs quickly grew into a nine-piece band. Arleigh's swanky vocals combined with the Dirty Bird's old school funk and soul creates an incredibly sexy sound. Between Fitz & the Tantrums, Grace Potter & The Nocturnals, and Sister Sparrow & the Dirty Birds Buffalo, NY is over flowing with bands with "&" in their name as well as some awesome live music. It is very rare that shows of this caliber are free at The Tralf so make sure you take advantage of this opportunity. At the very least you get to continue partying after the square and discover a new band you're going to love.
