Tonight: George Thorogood

George Thorogood and classic rock radio are practically synonymous. I dare you to turn on 97 Rock (or any other "classic rock" station for that matter) and try to make it an hour without hearing one of George's tunes. "One Bourbon, One Scotch, One Beer", "I Drink Alone" and the anthemic "Bad to the Bone" have been blasting out of car speakers for decades now with no signs of slowing down and something tells me George isn't slowing down either. The man's toured non-stop for decades and still has a love for performing live that's second to none. Tonight, he takes his beer swilling blues-rock to Artpark for one of the last Tuesday in the Parks of the year. It's sad to see summer go but what better way to ring in the Fall, with a beer in hand at your favorite FREE outdoor venue. Get their early (5pm). The traffics been bonkers lately.
