Uncovered Cover: Tokyo Police Club Does Phoenix's "Long Distance Call"

As an homage to the 2000's, Tokyo Police Club has decided to cover a new song everyday spanning the years of 2001-2010.  The project is entitled "10 songs, 10 hours, 10 days, 10 years"  Each day the band will unlock a new cover via their Facebook page, which also has some videos and photos of the band in action.  The process for these covers is really a treat.  Everyday, TPC takes five songs from each year, narrows them down to one, then rehearses and records the track all within 10 hours.  So far their cover choices have been both amazing and interesting to say the least.  From Moby's "Southside" to Kelly Clarkson's "Since You've Been Gone."  For their latest cover, yesterday the boys choose Frech rockers Phoenix's "Long Distance Call", from their 2006 album It's Never Been Like That. Make sure to check their Facebook page each day to unlock their latest choice from each year.
