Just Announced: Mastodon



Yesterday metal icons Mastodon announced a fall tour, which includes a stop at Buffalo's Town Ballroom. Mastodon has been hard at work on their new album, The Hunter, which releases on Sept. 27th, and the tour will start near the end of October. This is the first Mastodon has been here in a few years, and will not be a show to miss for hard rock fans. Opening up will be the perennially loud Dillinger Escape Plan, and Oregon stoner-rockers Red Fang (who's hysterical video for the song "Wires" is featured below along with Mastodon's "Spectrelight"). Mastodon appears on David Letterman on Oct. 5th, and the tour lands in Buffalo Nov. 26th.
