No that is not a type-o. Sound Shaman is now Sound Sound Shaman. In addition to the updated moniker, the alter ego of Rami Abu-Sitta recently played the closing set of local DYI label Steak & Cake Records' Bidwell Indie 5000 Festival a few weeks back, and just last week, put the finishing touches on a new EP, also released on Steak & Cake. Titled the Eargasm, the three track EP finds the experimental chillwave artist continuing his chilling acoustic based, electronic infused soundscapes. The gorgeous "Mystic Ghost Monkey" shows flashes of M83's synthy, cinematic feel.
