If you haven’t heard of Das Racist then you have heard their single “Combination Pizza Hut and Taco Bell.” Brooklyn based rap duo, Das Racist recently dropped their much anticipated album Relax. These hipster hip hoppers are epitomizing the emerging Bushwick lifestyle. M.C. Heems and Kool A.D.’s lazy flow comes across effortless, but these well crafted PBR-fueled verses are incredibly catchy and remarkably clever. Relax is for fans of puns, alliteration, pop culture, and chicks whose hair smells like Newports. After two free mixtapes, Relax is the group’s first album that you actually have to pay for, but trust me it’s worth every penny. Check out their single “Girl.”
