Tonight: Jerrod Niemann, Craig Campbell, & Brett Eldredge

It's about to get a little country up in here. Tonight, Buffalo will be graced by the southern charm of three of country music's hottest acts. Jerrod Niemann, Craig Campbell, and Brett Eldredge will be at the UB Center for the Arts at 7:30pm for the fall acoustic show sponsored by WYRK. You better have planned well in advance for this one, tickets for the acoustic show usually sell out within a few weeks of the on-sale date. Luckily, buffaBLOG had the chance to talk to Craig Campbell before the show and ask him about his trip to Buffalo.

With major influences from legendary artists like Alan Jackson, Travis Tritt, and Clint Black, Campbell has definitely figured out how to connect with an audience. From the record breaking hit "Family Man" to the fan favorite "Fish" off his debut album, the Georgia native is on a roll. "I've been to Buffalo a few times in the past for my radio tour and the people up here seem to have a real love for country music", Campbell said. Oh yes Craig, we do.

There might not be as many country shows as other genres in the Western New York region, but when someone throws one of these parties, everyone shows up. It's as if all the southern rockers just come out of the wood work and take over the town. Campbell is also excited about meeting up with his two co-stars of the night at UB. "I'm really looking forward to it", Campbell said, "Jerrod and I are old buddies and we've known each other for awhile". With a definite stop for wings while he's in town, Campbell's preference may be the mild version, but we're convinced it's going to be a hot show. Tickets for the WYRK Fall Acoustic show were sold for $25 at the box office - check Stub Hub or Craigslist for any open seats.
