U2 has always been a guilty pleasure of mine. I know, I know, indie rock blasphemy right? But hold on just a second. Remember when Jack White appeared in the film It Might Get Loud along side U2 guitarist, The Edge? And now Mr. White is appearing on Q Magazine's fantastic U2 tribute album Achtung Baby Covers celebrating the 20th anniversary of the original. For his part, Jack takes on the classic "Love Is Blindness" giving it a more delta blues vibes. So if Jack White likes U2, and you like Jack White, it stands to reason you might actually like some classic U2, right? Well take a listen for yourself, and maybe, just maybe, this cover will a believer out of you.
