It's been ten years since Allentown Music first sprouted up on Elmwood Ave. (ironically the portion NOT located in Allentown). I remember thinking "This is rad!  Home of the Hits, New World Music and now, a music shop, all within a short mile of each other"! Sadly, HOTH and New World didn't make it...Allentown Music persevered, however, and since that time the music store has become quite a popular destination for musicians, artists and the occasional city wanderer.  To celebrate the anniversary of their decade long success, Allentown Music has assembled a who's who of Buffalo's musicians to ring in the celebration at Buffalo's most popular Allen venue, Niezsche's.  Rounding out the bill are The Waves, the Merchants, the Heavenly Chillbillies, the Zygotes and the Cellars (I think that's the most "the" bands I've ever put in a post.)  Also on the bill is Vic Lazar (Vox Humana awesomeness).  If your in the mood for something eclectic and want to celebrate all things Allen you know where to be tonight.
