It has been announced that soft-acoustic turned folk-pop outfit Iron & Wine will be playing at Buffalo State’s Rockwell Hall on May 5th. This will be the second show in a little more than a year that Iron & Wine has played in Buffalo since their fourth full-length Kiss Each Other Clean came out in January 2011. Mastermind Samuel Beam really brought it to the Town Ballroom last April, wielding an immaculate ten-piece, multi-instrumental ensemble and gave a memorable performance. Trust me folks, you won’t want to miss this one. Tickets will go on sale Monday for students and April 27th for the general public, and can be purchased at the either of the college’s box offices, located in Rockwell Hall and the Campbell Student Union. Tickets will be $5 for students and $30 for the public. The show is set to start at 8.
