The folks over at Town Ballroom barely let us register last night's incredible M83 show before dropping their latest concert on us.  In fact, we learned of this show as we stood waiting for opener I Break Horses to take the stage last night.  Just three days after Sleigh Bells hit town, Youth Lagoon, one of our favorite new artists from 2011, will play a show at the venue on Tuesday, July 10th.  Led by Boise native Trevor Powers, Youth Lagoon's debut album The Year of Hibernation is full of emotionally heavy and at times triumphant bedroom pop.  Opening for Youth Lagoon is Father John Misty, the latest project from former Fleet Foxes drummer J. Tillman.  Tickets for this stellar night of music go on sale this Friday at noon for $17.
