It’s rare that Buffalo has a killer local bill on a Wednesday. Nietzsche’s (248 Allen) plays host to Buffalo’s Aircraft and Love Scenes as well as Albany’s Alta Mira. The capital region’s Alta Mira is on a nine city tour, stopping first in Buffalo. Their upbeat, driving indie rock has gained numerous accolades, most recently named the Capital Region’s Best Indie Rock Band for 2012. Fans of Antelope, Ra Ra Riot, or Pinback should head to this. Also on the bill is dream-pop duo, Love Scenes, playing their new album, Blissed Out Youth, and 60’s retro-pop act Aircraft. Doors are at 9:30 and there is only a $3 cover.
