A busy week for Buffalo music fans begins tonight when Portland, Oregon indie folk rockers Blind Pilot hit up the Tralf on tour behind their sophomore album We Are The Tide. Formed in 2005, the band released their debut album 3 Rounds and a Sound in 2009 and toured with indie luminaries as The Hold Steady, The Decembrists, and Gomez, who recently played the Harbor with Arkells. Opening duties will be handled by River City Extension, a barn burning folk band on their first national tour after succesful appearances at last year's SXSW and Newport Folk Festivals. The show starts at 8 PM, tickets are $15 and they are still available.
