As if having a three day weekend wasn't good enough, the Tralf is giving you another reason to look forward to Labor Day weekend. The downtown music hall, along with ESI Events, is throwing the debut installment of the Betterdays Festival. Billed as a "three day concert celebration of WNY artists," the festival looks to be a great effort by the Tralf to get back into the local scene, something the venue seems to have shied away from over the last few years. Each day is stacked with some of Buffalo's top bands, making it nearly impossible to find a night that won't feature a band of your liking, although if I had to pick a stand out night, Saturday is looking mighty fine to me. Check out the full daily lineups below (or just look at the flyer above....):
Friday, August 31st:
Saturday, September 1st:
Sunday, September 2nd:
Three day passes for the event can currently be purchased at Ticketmaster outlets for $10. If you want to avoid some of those pesky service fees, track down a member of some of the bands that are playing as many appear to be selling passes themselves.
