To add to the brilliant array of shows happening in the Nickel City this month, you can grab your ballpoint and scribble another date down on the ol’ calendar. That being Brooklyn quartet Here We Go Magic’s visit to WNY on Saturday, 9/22 at The Buckin' Buffalo, known colloquially as The Buck for those of you who don’t frequent the country-rock saloon very often (like me). The indie rock group, most recently known for picking up famous hitchhikers while on the road, is touring behind their third studio LP, A Different Ship, which came out in May via Secretly Canadian, and was produced by Nigel Godrich, known in some circles as the sixth member of Radiohead. Tickets have not been made available for online purchase yet, but keep a look out here and on the band’s website for ensuing details. Tickets will be $12 at the door, set to open at 7.
