Tonight begins the run of local playwright Justin Kracher's The Dead English, a Gypsy Punk (yes Gypsy Punk) adaption of Bram Stocker's Dracula. Kracher, who will be debuting his first musical, wrote all of the lyrics and music along with Steven Sitzman. The Dead English will run until November 10th at the the Episcopal Church of the Ascension at 16 Linwood Ave. Presale tickets can be purchased online here for or at the door for $15, $12 for students.
