In other words, Mutemath is back in town. New Orleans favorite alternative band have been milling around for a decade or so, seemingly getting larger and larger. Their eclectic blend of electronica, rock and indie have made them the darling posterboys of several different scenes and it's recognition well-deserved. In a world of imitators, Mutemath stand alone.

Town Ballroom is the setting tonight ($23, 7pm), along with Civil Twilight. Get there early as I hear C.T's been killing it.
