Three excellent garage rock/power pop bands will be performing at Mohawk Place tonight. Rising act Nude Beach will be joined by two local acts, Matt and The Immediates and Tell Tale Signs.

Nude Beach's sound is classic mix of power pop and sloppy garage rock, drawing on a variety of references while setting themselves apart. After touring with The Men (who will be here later this week), the band quickly sold out the first pressing of their most recent LP, II. The LP has since been rereleased. Combined with the two equally enjoyable openers, tonight's show will be a great way to mentally prepare yourself for the coming work week with down to earth rock and roll.
