Originally a side project to take a break from their various rock band labors, Dave Simonett, Erik Berry, Dave Carroll, Tix Saxhaug, and Ryan Young started Trampled By Turtles to return to a refreshingly traditional folk/bluegrass style of songwriting. The Duluth, MN quintet have an extensive amount of touring under their belts including past performances at Coachella, Bonnaroo, Lollapalooza, Newport Folk Festival, and Austin City Limits, and even made their prime time debut on Letterman back in April.
