Is there an angrier comedian than Lewis Black? I don't know, but if there is I'm willing to bet he (or she) isn't half as funny. Black is many things; actor, social critic, wildman. All of these roles hinge on his on-the-verge-of-a-mental-breakdown persona, an act he has refined to perfection over the years. Chastising the president? check. Angry rants against milk? Check. Gay rights issues? Check. Whether he's talking politics, popular culture or pontificating the state of the world, it's his ridiculing nature that gets us laughs every time.

Tonight, Mr. Black graces our presence with an appearance at the Seneca Niagara Casino (8pm, tickets start at $40). With so much political divide these days (I'm looking at you gun control) I'm guessing he won't be short on material.
