One of our favorite new finds here at the blog has been local duo Marine Biologist. Having just entered the scene in the back half of 2012, not much is out there on the act, but on Wednesday, the group made their new song, "WE'VE SEEN ALL OF THIS BEFORE. NOTHING IN THE WORLD IS NEW. IT'S ALL BEEN DONE," available for streaming on their bandcamp page. The post-rock number begins with a tense, atmospheric build up of until vocalist A. Folmz enters the song, sounding a bit like Matthew Milia of Frontier Ruckus. The track, which displays some of the grandeur normally found in Arcade Fire or Explosions in the Sky, looks to be the first bit of music released from the duo's upcoming New Works project, set to drop later this year.
