While the promise of a couple new albums sometime this year is still in the pipeline, Beck has been busy releasing some interesting stand alone singles. His latest, "I Won't Be Long," is a lush, Microcastle era Deerhunter cut of indie rock, with an outro full of lucid, DIIV like guitar work. Your guess is as good as mine if either of his forthcoming albums will sound anything like this, but these singles are some great place holders until then. "I Won't Be Long" will be released on July 8th.
