This is everything I want out of a show. First off, it is a basement show, but more importantly the show has three bands, all of which are awesome and know how to hammer out a short uptempo set that leaves you wanting more instead of making you look at your watch wondering when there set is going to be done.
Potty Mouth have played Buffalo once before and were really impressive. Hailing from Western Mass. they play an all female indie/punk mix that is damn catchy, with minimal fuzzed guitar and parts that will have you singing along. Space Wolves should be somewhat familiar to readers of the blog. They are a two piece that play great power pop songs. The opener is Cross Stitch, an all female bratty punk band from Buffalo, They don't have any songs available online yet, but they should have a recording up soon. Just better to catch them live.
This show will be ending early for those looking to catch the Sea of Shit gig at the Polish Library.
