So, before I knew anything about this band, I already really liked their name. And after hearing their new single, "You're The One For Me," which debuted on Stereogum this week, I have nothing but positive feelings for their music as well. "You're The One For Me" is glorious combination of dream pop and funk, as atmospheric synths, and dreamy, high-pitched vocals are met with an instantly memorable vocals.
Imagine if some time in the late 70s, Nile Rodgers and Brian Eno had decided to make an album together, and you get a pretty good idea of how this sounds. Which is to say, it sounds completely and utterly awesome.
