Beware the Ides of March. Each year, it is at this time when we deal with lots of sloppy cold rain and snow. And what’s worse? Losing an hour of sleep! Fuck daylight savings time! FRICTION

Anything can happen at Friction. Whether its racy photos in the cubbies, random appearances by Buffalo footballers, or perhaps beating your high score at Big Buck Hunter: Safari. Well that last one’s up to you. But come check out the Friction phenomenon if you are game for a multi-genre night of movement! Every second Friday of the month the Queen City Cartel has put together a refreshing mix of music styles and has thrown a killer party at DBGB’s. This month features Buffalo’s, UNIVERSAL(reggae), SNAX(electro/dutchhouse/disco,) LOKI(dnb), and from Rochester CONARTIST(dubstep/dnb). Sadly not performing but on the flyer is GTA, who will likely reschedule somewhere down the road. So rise up, get fresh, and heat this weekend up using Friction.
