Its gonna be a big night for Family Funktion.  The band is set to release the new album Karma Print at Nietzches' and its going to be one hell of a party. By combining the elements of rock n' roll, funk and psychedelic with traditional classical Indian music Family Funktion & the Sitar Jams have created a sound completely their own.  In the same vein Ozomotli or Gogol Bordello, Family Funktion have a way to make the world seem smaller.  Its a global sound for sure that's both different and familiar are the same time.
