Are you one of those people that dress up like wizards and witches when the new Harry Potter movie or book comes out? Have you ever tried to play Quidditch in your backyard? Do you often lament the fact that you are a powerless Muggle? If you answered ‘yes’ to any of those questions, tonight’s Harry and the Potters show at Sugar City is for you. Comprised of brothers Joe and Paul DeGeorge (who both dress up and act as Harry Potter during shows) and a rotating cast of drummers, the band rose to fame with songs such as “Dumbledore’s Army,” “Gryffindor Rocks,” and “Voldemort Can’t Stop the Rock!” Harry and the Potters have even defined a unique new genre for themselves – “wizard rock.” Tonight’s show at Sugar City starts at 7 p.m. with Utah Jazz and Mallwalkers, and Harry and the Potters will go on at 8:30. Admission is $8.
