Buffalo's alternative roots rockers Roger Bryan & the Orphans of Harvest Sum Records will be celebrating the release of 37, the much anticipated follow up to their 2009 album Wolves tonight at Mohawk Place. The band had been releasing singles and accompanying B-Sides over the last few weeks, and just earlier this week, the entire album was made available to stream and purchase through their bandcamp page. 37, which we featured as our album of the week this past Monday, is a collection of Americana rock that shows influences of Ryan Adams, Replacements, and alt-country kings Uncle Tupelo. Supporting Roger Bryan & the Orphans tonight will be fellow Harvest Sum artists On Beta and Columbus act Ghost Shirt. Make sure to bring some extra cash and an empty stomach as Buffalo's favorite taco truck(also Buffalo's only taco truck) Lloyd's will be parking outside of Mohawk. Roger Bryan & the Orphan's CD Release Party begins tonight at 9:30pm. Doors open at 8:30.
