In case you have not noticed, Mohawk Place, one of our favorite music venues in Buffalo, has again updated their website, the 2nd time in just over a year. Upon visiting the new layout, you are greeted by a particularly eye catching photo of a recently announced show(i.e. Mute Math on Sept 22nd) in addition to Mohawk's next show the which just so happens to be tonight's solo show from Shane Sweeney of Two Cow Garage. The best improvement is their events section. Gone is the calender, which at times was a bit busy, and now they have a simple, running list of shows(with pictures!), with links to purchase tickets. Their scrolling twitter feed also is featured on the site, for easy and quick info updated on any news from the venue. While the venue may be dripping in nostalgia of days past, it's nice to see the their website is keeping up with the times.
