A couple weeks ago, indie Americana folk band, The Mordaunt Sisters, finally uploaded a song to their long dormant Bandcamp page. The song was a blissful tune with sun splashed pedal steel guitars, reverberated vocals, and sprinkled synth leads that washed into some sort of magical folk love tune.  The newest offering from The Sisters titled "Hirschfield" couldn't be any more different. The group ups the creep factor with haunting atmospheric guitars over a repetitive glockenspiel line before exploding into western psychedelic rock song that sounds like the best song The Besnard Lakes never wrote. To say we are eagerly anticipating a complete EP/LP would be quite the understatement.
