Tonight, the Town Ballroom hosts a truly one-of-a-kind act: electro-jam outfit Lotus, a band that helped bridge the gap between the now-friendly electronic and jam-band scenes by touring relentlessly and cultivating originality in its live shows. Though Lotus is mainly an instrumental outfit, the band keeps its sound interesting with hip-hop style vocal samples and an irresistible meld of rock, house, reggae, funk, dubstep, and psychedelia.
