Street Dogs are a self-proclaimed street-punk band originally from Boston, Massachusetts. Their sound is characterized by catchy riffs and sing along choruses. They're known to be an energetic live band that draws well, so expect a great crowd on hand tonight. Like most street-punk bands, their music is less political and socially heavy than most of their punk rock brethren and instead focuses more on the issues of the working class. That's right folks, tonight at Mohawk Place you've got a full night of what I'd call "Dad-Punk" on tap. That's not necessarily a bad thing, just make sure you get a babysitter and leave your infant daughter at home tonight if at all possible.
Opening tonight is Off with Their Heads, Murder the Stout, & CHOSEN ONES. Tickets are $17 at the door and the show starts at 8PM.
