It was a topsy-turvy 2011 for Portland based Portugal, The Man. After releasing their most critically acclaimed album yet, In the Mountain, In the Cloud, they were the victims of a brutal theft while on tour with last year's Lollapaloza. Fortunately, Chicago PD was able to recover the stolen equipment and the band was able to finish the tour. These kinds of things can sink a band, and in the case of Portugal, The Man, that would've been a tragic loss to the music world. Since this particular case had a happy ending, Buffalo will be treated to a performance at Town Ballroom on April 24th. Don't miss one of the most consistently evolving bands of the last decade in an already packed Spring concert season.
