Tonight Mohawk Place plays host to four of Buffalo's hardest working songwriters. The night features music from Roger Bryan, frontman of Roger Bryan & the Orphans, Sonny Baker from Wooden Waves and a Hotel Nourishing, Grim Repair and The Failures Union's Tony Flaminio, and Buffalo music journeyman Vic Lazar. All the performers are accomplished songwriters that have played in a plethora of Buffalo's best bands, and each will be performing solo sets that highlight their abilities as singer/songwriters. Though these men have been known to throw down some rock n' roll, tonight, most likely, will feature plenty of acoustics, showcasing their solo abilities, and their range as musicians. This is a great way to spend an otherwise boring and chilly winter Buffalo Thursday, and for only $3, you can't go wrong turning out for some cheap music, and even cheaper beer. Things get started around 8pm tonight, and will run 'til around 11pm.
