We have officially entered Spring here in Buffalo, and despite the maybe not so surprising return of mild weather after that shocking, yet completely welcome heat wave of last week, things are looking up and feeling good in our great city. The free Summer concert series are slowly coming together, although no harbor shows (thanks alot NFTA!) certainly put a damper on our hopes of some big names playing on the water this summer, but no matter. As always, the city will offer of ton of variety for the summer shows. Let's rewind a bit though and remember its still only April. This month in particular offers a great selection of national indie acts coming through town, starting right away tonight as backing members (Colin Stetson and Sara Neufeld) of some of indie rock's best acts take Soundlab for a show of their own. Other shows have been sold out for some time (Death Cab for Cutie) or are near sell outs (Cults) so hopefully you got your tickets ahead of time, so you will be resigned to reading our reviews and regretting your indecisiveness.
