MNM Presents continues their booking hot streak (holy shit, Roni Size!) tonight at DBGB's with Brainfeeder artist Teebs.  Teebs's brand of lush hip hop harkens back to the days when downtempo music was exploratory and unpredictable, something that the Flying Lotus run label wears as a badge of honor. Having just announced his upcoming collaboration with Prefuse 73, it seems there is no place to go but up for the California based producer. Sundays at DBGB's are a classy affair, so leave your hula hoops and Deadmau5/Madonna feuds at the door.  Performers on this night spend less time miming to their iTunes playlists and more time actually performing. It is, as they say, a no bullshit affair. DBGB's on Sundays is to innovative electronic music what Rendezvous is to washed up 90's trance.
