This spring, multimedia artist Doug Aitken will be transforming the exterior of the Hirshhorn Museum in Washington, DC into a piece of liquid metal artwork through 360 degree video projections. To complete the work, he has gathered a group of amazing artists to record covers of the 1934 pop standard "I Only Have Eyes for You" including one of my favorite artists, Beck. You can watch the trailer for the installation below and see what its all about. Its pretty cool, I might just have to take a trip to DC this spring.
