"Big Freedia, The Dick Eater, The Late Night Creeper, Stalkin Yo' Man, You Betta Believe." Big Freedia will be performing at Soundlab tonight with special local guests Jack Topht and DJ Mario Bee.  Otherwise known as Freddie Ross, she is an American eficiando of Bounce music.  This genre of music is hip-hop derived from New Orleans and can be described as booty bouncing and twerk worthy.  The "Queen Diva" has performed worldwide and has shared the stage with artists such as Spank Rock, Ninjasonik, and Snoop Dogg. 

Since it is Bounce music, dancing is highly emphasized.  On Big Freedia's website, there is a section offering lessons on how to move.  "The 'pussy' is the focus of the 'girl' dance motions, though those without a physical one will be put in touch with their own etheric 'pussy'. The class will also learn different exercises to promote fluidity in the pelvic area, even for those with limited mobility. And it's a lot of FUN!"

The very talented DJ Mario Bee will also be opening.  From the local Toats Orig collective, Mario Bee loves his crowd and knows how to make them wile out.
