Disco Biscuits fans have been left somewhat wanting as of late, with only the occasional festival set here and there and it's members bouncing around the country in various side projects. If there is one side project worth catching, it is the alter ego of their virtuoso drummer Allen Aucoin, aka DrFameus. Allen took over the the rhythm section for the then floundering band when kick drum murderer Sam Altman departed in 2005.  Since then, he has emerged as the band's most consistent member, blurring the boundaries of electronic music genres with all the intensity of the malfunctioning cyborg from Robocop. No stranger to the Buffalo music scene, DrFameus has been a mainstay at Duke's the past few years, although tonight finds him across the street at the endless wooden corridor of dreams known as Nietzsche's. He'll be joined by fellow electronic rockers Dopapod, also no strangers to Buffalo, rounding out a solid bill in Allentown (pun intended). Doors are at 9pm.  Tickets are $12 advance.
