Just Announced: CNTRL - Richie Hawtin, Loco Dice, Ean Golden & Paco Osuna

Electronic music innovators and world-leading DJs RICHIE HAWTIN and LOCO DICE are launching a music and technology tour of Canadian and U.S. colleges, taking the history and the future of the platform to the very people who could well be the next generation of producers, DJs, technology
innovators or simply advocates of the sound that is sweeping the continent after 20 years of trying.

The tour, entitled CNTRL: BEYOND EDM - ELECTRONIC & TECHNO(LOGY) BASED MUSIC, will be a groundbreaking North American college tour combining educational daytime lectures on music technology presented by DUPSPOT in some of the leading universities and colleges, followed by an evening of electronic music with RICHIE HAWTIN, LOCO DICE, EAN GOLDEN from DJ TechTools and their touring guest DJ's.

The entire tour takes off right here in Buffalo on October 29th with the lecture at the University at Buffalo in the visual studies department, 1030 Kimball Tower from 3pm-5pm and the show that evening at the Town Ballroom. Doors are at 7pm with Mike Parker getting things rolling. Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 at the door. Discounted tickets for students of U.B. can be purchased at the Town Ballroom's ticket office and the Afterdark office at 680 Elmwood ave for only $15!
